Real talk: In my younger years, I was the kind of gal who had a lot of male friends, deep sisterhood wounds, and a distorted relationship with sexuality. I was walking the earth heavy in my masculine and out of touch with my emotions — I was lost, and I felt so alone. I was not in the seat of my power.

Entering my 30's, things started to shift. I became aware of my predicament and I knew things needed to change. When I started working with plants and mother nature Herself, I stepped into a big Transformation. My life blew up and everything around me changed. I lost my home, marriage, and job, all at once. And can you guess what my biggest saving grace was during this time? The incredible women in my life.

It took a lot of inner work and looking at my shadow to get to a place where I allowed my heart to open to some of the deepest and most intimate connections I hold dear today. A tribe of women who are walking each other home.

One cold day in Colorado, in the quiet reflection of a meditation with Cacao, I was giving gratitude for the women who I get to walk alongside, praying that all women have access to the same support.

Then I heard the voice from within:

"If you care this deeply, what are you going to do about it?"

And that's when Spirit Sisters was birthed.

We are a collective of souls on a journey of authenticity, healing, and growth. We believe in genuine connection, and the power within each of us to unlock our fullest potential.

How it works

Spirit Sisters is a space where we share our hearts, and have full trust that we are supported and loved each step of the way.

Our circle meets monthly where we create a sacred space for you to show up just as you are. Each session may include:

• Opening invocation, meditation, or grounding practice
• Authentic relating through the practice of circling
• Sharing and reflection on a chosen theme or topic
• Group exercises or rituals

Our circle observes the power of flow in community, where individuals are encouraged to ask for support when they need it, and give support when they feel like they can offer it.

Our community principles and agreements honor confidentiality, sovereignty, and boundaries. The guidelines encourage all members to practice respect, active listening, non-judgement, and self-care.

Kym embodies many roles – she's a space holder, earth mama, and a fierce advocate for the power of sisterhood.

As the co-founder of Sacred Changemakers, she dedicates herself to curating communities that empower leaders who are on a mission to uplift the human spirit. Together with her partner, she crafts conscious events that weave together food, community, and heart-led connection. Creating spaces where authenticity thrives is her passion!

Through her work, she honors the depth of wisdom and beauty that resides within each of us, recognizing the magic that unfolds when women sit around the fire. With deep reverence, Kym creates sacred spaces where women can heal, co-create, and share their unique gifts with the world.
