Since my last post, I've traveled 1500+ nautical miles and started a new chapter in the Caribbean.
To put it lightly, the journey here was difficult. Like most cruisers who head to Florida to buy or outfit a boat, we had to be outside of the hurricane belt by July 1st. With covid restrictions on top of that, our only feasible option was to sail down to Grenada, the southern tip of the Caribbean island chain, where our insurance allows us to ride out the season.
